We cover:
• Abnormal tarnishing
• Abnormal peeling of plating
• Manufacturing defects
• Finish deterioration not caused by chemicals or misuse
• Abnormal color fading
You’re always protected against unexpected finish issues.
🟥 What Our Warranty Does NOT Cover (Important)
The following are not covered under warranty:
• Loss of stones
• Scratches or dents from regular wear
• Breakage due to mishandling
• Third-party alterations or resizing
• Custom-made jewelry
• Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, sweat, chlorine, soap, etc.
• Color changes due to skin pH
• Damage caused by dropping or rough use
• Lost or stolen items
• Normal wear and tear over time

For the first 12 months, your jewelry is covered under our Finish Protection Warranty.

Since we don’t use a digital wallet, we issue MAVÈ Store Credit in the form of:

• Store credits are non-refundable and non-transferable

To claim your warranty:

2. Share your order number
3. Explain the issue briefly
4. Attach clear photos and videos of the problem
5. Our team will evaluate your claim within 2–5 working days
6. You will receive:
• A replacement (0–6 months), or
• MAVÈ Store Credit (6+ months)
A small processing or shipping fee may apply.
