At MAVÈ, we want you to love your jewelry. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Please read the policy below to understand how returns and refunds work.
🛍 Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns and exchanges within 2 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify, your item must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In its original packaging
• Free from scratches, marks, or damage
• Returned with proof of purchase
If the item does not pass quality inspection upon return, we may refuse the refund/exchange.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Because of hygiene and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned:
• Nose jewelry
• Personalized / custom items
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
These items are final sale.
🔄 Exchanges
If you received the wrong item , Size issues or a defective product, we will gladly exchange it for the same item or with closest variant after verification.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear uncut unboxing video and your order number.
⭐ Exchange Shipping Costs
Exchanges involve two courier trips (pickup + re-delivery), so the cost responsibility depends on the reason for the exchange:
✔ 1. Customer-Initiated Exchanges
(Size change, color change, design change, personal preference)
If the exchange is requested due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for:
• Pickup shipping fee
• Re-delivery shipping fee
This is because two separate courier charges apply.
A standard exchange fee may be applied.
✔ 2. MAVÈ Error (Our Fault)
(Wrong item received, missing item, defective item)
If the exchange is required due to our mistake, we will:
• Cover all shipping costs (pickup + re-delivery)
• Send the replacement at no extra charge
You will NOT be asked to pay anything.
Uncut unboxing video is mandatory in both cases.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
For all returns made after a successful delivery (including change of mind, wrong size ordered, or customer unavailability), the refund amount will be item value minus the courier charges (forward shipping + RTO charges).
These charges are non-refundable as they are billed to us by the courier partner.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or manufacturing defect), we cover all shipping costs and you will receive a full refund.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to change of mind, wrong size ordered, or any customer-related reason, the shipping and RTO charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item or defect), we cover the return shipping.
• RTO charges (failed delivery or non-collection) are always deducted from the refund amount since they are charged to us by the courier.
❗ Important Notes
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, resizing, breakage, perfume exposure, or chemical damage will not be accepted.
• Scratches that occur from normal wear are not considered defects.
• If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address, unavailability, or non-collection, re-shipping charges will apply.
• We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our conditions.
Uncut Unboxing video is mandatory.

📸 Defective or Incorrect Item Received?
If you believe your item is defective or incorrect:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Send clear photos/videos of the issue
3. Include your order number
We will review and offer an exchange or solution.

🚚 Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
• Once processing begins, cancellations are not allowed.
Pre-paid orders refunded on cancellation will take 5–7 business days.
