Cancellation Policy
We understand that mistakes happen.
Here’s how cancellations work at MAVÈ:
Order Cancellation (Before Processing)
• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
• After 2 hours, the order may already be under processing and cannot be cancelled.
• Prepaid order refunds for approved cancellations may take 5–7 business days.
After Dispatch
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
You may request a return after delivery as per our Return Policy.
COD Order Cancellations
• COD orders that are refused or not accepted may result in:
• Blocking COD for future orders
• Deduction of shipping + RTO charges from any refunds
This prevents loss due to repeated failed deliveries.
Failed Delivery / RTO
If a parcel is returned due to:
• Incorrect/incomplete address
• Customer unavailability
• Not answering calls
• Refusal to accept
Then:
• Shipping + RTO charges will be deducted from the customer’s refund
• Remaining amount will be refunded after the package returns to MAVÈ
These charges are billed to us by the courier and therefore non-refundable.
