Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

For customised or made-to-order jewellery, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number.
2. Shipping Regions & Delivery Times

Domestic (India): We ship to all states in India from our base in Patiala, Punjab.

Typical delivery time after dispatch: 3-7 business days depending on the destination.

Remote or very rural locations may take longer.

3. Shipping Charges

All jewellery pieces are carefully packed to avoid damage in transit.

6. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments

In the case of damage or missing items, please retain the packaging and photos of the items and notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate with the courier and resolve it as per our policy.
7. Address Changes & Returns

If you wish to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. If the order is not yet dispatched, we will attempt to update; if already in transit, additional fees may apply.

Orders returned due to “wrong address / unclaimed / no one at address” will incur the original shipping charge, and resend may require payment of re-shipping cost.
