At MAVÈ, we make sure your jewelry is delivered safely, quickly, and with full transparency.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery.
📦 Processing Time
We hand-check and pack every order with care.
• Processing time: 1–2 business days
• Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays)
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number
During launches, restocks, and sales, processing times may slightly increase.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
India (Domestic Shipping)
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 working days
• Express Shipping (if available): 2–4 working days
• Shipping times may vary depending on your city and courier availability.
International Shipping
• Standard International Shipping: 7–20 working days
• Duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer
• International delivery time may vary depending on destination country and customs clearance
Shipping
Prepaid Orders : Free shipping across India.
Cash on Delivery (COD) : ₹50 COD Charge is Applicable.
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your:
• Tracking number
• Courier partner name
• Live tracking link
If your tracking number isn’t active immediately, please allow 24–48 hours for the courier to update it.
📮 Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your address while placing your order.
We are not responsible for:
• Wrong address entered
• Address not reachable
• Non-collection from courier office
• Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
If the package returns to us, you may need to pay a re-shipping fee.
🧊 Weather, Delays & Courier Issues
We ship using trusted courier partners, but some delays may occur due to:
• Weather
• Festivals
• Courier load
• Remote area delivery
• Customs processing (international only)
We appreciate your patience during such situations.
🛍 Pre-Orders (If applicable)
If your item is marked as Pre-Order, it will ship on the estimated date mentioned on the product page.
Orders containing both Pre-Order & Ready items will ship together.
❗ Important Notes
• We do not ship on Sundays or national holidays
• We are not responsible for courier delays once the package is handed over
• If your package shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the courier directly
• Lost packages due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refund
