1. About MAVÈ
MAVÈ offers modern, high-quality imitation jewelry made with:
• 316L stainless steel
• 10-carat gold plating
• PVD coating
Our jewelry is skin-safe, hypoallergenic, tarnish-resistant, and designed for long-lasting wear.
We take great care in sourcing, inspecting, and packaging every product before dispatch.
Please note: Our products are not handcrafted. They are professionally manufactured by certified facilities, sourced primarily from international jewelry hubs, ensuring high quality and consistency.
2. Product Information & Materials
We aim to provide accurate descriptions, materials, and images.
However:
• Colors may slightly vary due to screen settings and lighting
• Minor variations in finishing may occur due to batch differences
• Jewelry plating longevity may vary based on usage and care
Our hypoallergenic statement is based on industry standards for 316L stainless steel and PVD coating, but:
MAVÈ is not responsible for rare, individual skin reactions caused by personal sensitivities, allergies, pH imbalance, or external factors such as cosmetics, sweat, perfumes, or chemicals.
3. Use of the Website
By using our website, you agree not to:
• Copy or misuse product images or content
• Attempt fraud or misuse discounts
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts
• Misrepresent personal information
All content, logos, branding, and images belong exclusively to MAVÈ.
4. Pricing & Payments
• All prices are shown in INR and include necessary taxes.
• Prices may change at any time due to product launches, availability, or other factors.
• Payments must be completed before we process your order.
• COD orders may require verification.
• Repeated COD refusals may restrict COD eligibility.
5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
MAVÈ may cancel or refuse an order due to:
• Out-of-stock items
• Incorrect address
• High-risk or suspicious activity
• Payment failure
• Courier delivery restrictions
• Repeated delivery refusal or RTO pattern
Customers will be notified of cancellations, and refunds will be issued accordingly.
6. Shipping & Delivery
• Delivery timelines provided are estimates based on courier partners.
• Delays due to weather, festivals, courier load, or unforeseen issues are beyond our control.
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in RTO (Return to Origin).
If an order is returned to us due to customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect address:
Shipping + RTO charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
This is a non-negotiable logistics rule.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Our Return & Exchange Policy applies to all transactions.
Key points:
• Eligibility window: 2–3 days
• Item must be unused, unworn, and pass quality check
• Earrings, nose jewelry, sale items & personalized items are non-returnable
• Customer pays for pickup + redelivery on preference-based exchanges
• We cover shipping only if the product sent was wrong or defective
• Refunds (after return delivery) = item value minus shipping + RTO charges

8. Warranty
MAVÈ offers:
• 1-Year Warranty
• Forever Finish Promise™
Warranty covers abnormal tarnish or peeling, not:
• Scratches
• Damage from chemicals, sweat, perfumes
• Misuse or rough handling
• Natural wear and tear
• Color change due to skin pH
Warranty claims require photo/video proof.
9. Allergy Disclaimer
While our jewelry is marketed as hypoallergenic based on the materials used:
MAVÈ is not liable for individual skin reactions caused by personal sensitivities, allergies, pH levels, environmental exposure, or chemical products.
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, branding, photos, graphics, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of MAVÈ and may not be reproduced or copied without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
MAVÈ is not responsible for:
• Personal allergic reactions
• Loss or damage after delivery
• Tarnish or wear caused by perfume, sweat, chlorine, soap, or chemicals
• Incorrect address entry
• Courier delays
• Customer mishandling
Our maximum liability is limited to the order value.
